In June of 2015 Banneker students on the Tennis team won the District of Columbia Interscholastic Athletic Association tennis tournament. Lauren Dawkins, class of 2017, and Jasmin Woodruff,’ class of  2018, won the doubles DCIAA against H.D. Woodson; Camera Long, class of 2017, won the DCIAA singles against Wilson.
